Enrollment Turnover (2210)

The Enrollment Turnover report lists participants that have transferred or been dropped from program as well as the participants that replaced them within a specific target replacement period. This report also serves as a Replacement Verification report in conjunction with Report 2005.

 

ChildPlus calculates turnover during the replacement period by filling all Enrollment Opportunities before replacing dropped participants (a/k/a vacancies). Also, ChildPlus uses funded enrollment to calculate open slots on this report. Because of this, ChildPlus requires that you provide funded enrollment information for each program term and classroom that is included on the report. If you have not entered funded enrollment information for your program terms or classrooms (which are set by clicking on Setup >Agency Configuration > Program Info), ChildPlus will display a warning message that tells you which classrooms you still need to provide funded enrollment information for.

 

The Funded Enrollment total for the report does NOT reflect the Program Term Funded Enrollment. It is only a total based on the number of sites/classrooms that are displayed on the actual report.
